INDY Foundation — Brand Strategy & Fundraising Leadership
At The INDY Foundation, Kate served in a dual leadership role as Executive Brand Manager and Board Member for a nonprofit supporting cancer warriors and their families. During her tenure, she led strategic brand and marketing efforts while also contributing to organizational governance and fundraising initiatives. A major highlight was chairing and launching the inaugural Bowties & Arrows Gala — a new flagship fundraising event that generated nearly $100,000 in net profit in its first year. Through this work, Kate strengthened brand clarity, expanded community engagement, and demonstrated the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a mission-driven environment.
